Program Overview
Squad Cadettes is an in-house training, mentorship, and empowerment program designed to equip young women with the skills, confidence, and business knowledge required to become professional Virtual Assistants (VAs). The program provides a clear pathway from training to real-world experience and, ultimately, to launching an independent VA business within the greater Support Squad ecosystem.
Video Modules
The core of this program consists of twelve 30-minute video modules. These modules cover a wide range of management topics, drawing from the best practices in the field. As part of the actual 12-week program delegates will watch these videos at their own pace, allowing them to fit them into your schedule as needed. There are also facilitated sessions you conduct (See Facilitated Sessions).
Facilitated Sessions
A key component of this program is the facilitated sessions. These sessions take place every week for one hour and offer delegates the opportunity to interact with the facilitator. During these sessions, discussions are facilitated around every week’s video content, encouraging participants to share their insights and experiences and to implement and internalize the learnings.
The typical agenda for a facilitated session includes:
- Review of Previous Week:
Delegates discuss what they applied from the previous week’s video and share their experiences. - Top Five Learnings:
Delegates identify the top five things they learned from the current week’s video. - Action Steps:
Delegates outline what actions they will take based on the video content. - Questions and Clarifications:
Delegates can seek clarification on any topics from the video.
This structured approach ensures that participants not only gain knowledge but also actively apply it in their roles.
Accountability and Reporting
Starting from the second week, delegates are required to report their performance metrics. This includes data on relevant metrics. This accountability component encourages delegates to track their progress and take ownership of their results. It also fosters healthy competition and motivates individuals to improve their performance.
Target Audiences
The 12 Week Squad Cadettes Training & Mentorship Program, is a foundational programme, that caters to two main target audiences:
- Individuals who want to start their own business: This programme starts to set the foundation for organized, detail-orientated individuals, who are passionate about helping others succeed. This is an online group programme, creating a diverse group of learners who can share experiences and insights.
- Individuals who would like to take up a job as a virtual assistant: This programme teaches job specific skills, to those who would like to make a career change or to individuals who does not have any or limited skills and would like to obtain these skills, to be able to apply for a job as a virtual assistant.
Pricing Structure
The pricing for this program is straightforward and consistent for both target audiences:
R9 000 per person for the entire course: This covers access to all video modules, facilitated sessions, and program materials.
R3 000 per person per month: This allows for manageable monthly payments, that can be arranged.
It’s important to note that, if the monthly payment option is chosen, that these payments will be loaded upfront and will be deducted via debit order.
Program Delivery (Your 1 Hour Weekly Sessions)
Delegates need to ensure that they have access to a reliable internet connection.
This is important for watching the pre-recorded video’s as well as for the online sessions, once a week.
Dates and times will be given once all delegates have been enrolled.
